If you are a parent living anywhere in Fremont, you have always had the choice of using one of the Learn And Play Montessori preschools for your child. We have campuses in Niles, Irvington, Peralta, and Maple. However, in 2020 we are going one better for people who need preschools near 680 and 880 because we are opening a fifth campus in South Fremont. And you thought it couldn’t get any better?
The 880 interstate and 680 interstates parallel each other in Fremont. Talk about commuters! Well, with our existing locations and our forthcoming NEW South Fremont preschool, we’ll serve the needs of anyone who is commuting on either of those great rivers of commuters, I-880 and I-680 in Fremont. If you have a child who is coming up to preschool age, we would suggest that you take a look at our campuses now. The Montessori method of learning is more popular than ever, and even though this is a new preschool, we anticipate a rush of parents wanting to get their child in. Unfortunately, there is obviously a limit to how many children we can take, so it is a case of first come, first served, when it comes to our preschools near 680 and 880.
Open For Long Hours
You will be delighted to know that our new South Fremont preschool will be open at the same hours as our others in Fremont, namely opening at 7.00 am and not closing until 6.30 pm, so whatever your hours of work, we are convenient for you. This is very different from the public schools which, although free, have very restricted hours, and also close for many weeks in the summer. Our South Fremont preschool will be open all year round, as are our others in Fremont.
We adhere very firmly to the Montessori method of learning which provides for respect to the child as an individual – no matter how young. Each of us is different and has different needs and a different outlook on life, and the Montessori method caters for that by allowing each child to choose from a huge range of materials something that catches his or her eye, and which he or she wants to explore further.
Thus, the result is that every child in the classroom is learning about something that interests him, and this quickly inspires a lifetime love of learning. There is no sitting down listening to a teacher talking. Rather, the child is using all his five senses and learns by DOING, not just listening. If you are considering preschools near 680 and 880, then please do give us a call. We will be opening in South Fremont in early 2020, but meanwhile you are welcome to pop into any of our other campuses for a school tour and see just how well the children are doing.
