We are currently hiring fully qualified full time and part time preschool teachers for our Fremont location:
The teacher will:
1. Create and execute lesson plans by implementing Montessori methods of Practical, Sensorial,
Language and Math.
2. Plan, prepare, and execute crafts, art projects, and monthly group science activities.
3. Maintain and supervise the order, preparation, and cleanliness of the educational materials and
the classroom environment with an assistant teacher.
4. Share the responsibility for the constructive and supportive parent relations to facilitate their sense of security and trust in the school. Prepare for and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
5. Accept the responsibility for the safety and physical well being of the children placed in their care.
6. Motivated to work with children of all ages.
Educational/Training Requirements:
• 12 core semester units Child Development Child, Family & Community and Curriculum in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Related AA/BA is preferred.
• At least 1 year of Center experience is required.
• AMS Montessori training and/or certificate is preferred.
• Need CPR certification, LiveScan fingerprints and a valid driver's license.
• Current TB test and a current Health Report.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Will need to provide 3 professional references.

• Ability to relate to children in a positive and constructive manner.
• Ability to understand each child as an individual.
• Ability to communicate professionally with parents.
• Ability to share concerns, ask questions, and provide feedback.
• Have great energy.
• The desire to learn different things.
We are also currently hiring a full time or part time bi-lingual preschool teacher or assistant teacher who is fluent in Spanish for our Fremont location:
The teacher will:
1. Implement a Spanish curriculum in the preschool program.
2. Plan, prepare, and execute crafts, art projects, and monthly group science activities.
3. Maintain and supervise the order, preparation, and cleanliness of the educational materials and
the classroom environment with an assistant teacher.
4. Share the responsibility for the constructive and supportive parent relations to facilitate their sense
